Our shows are in the wild old wood, though we are committed to overcoming obstacles and making our immersive events as accessible as possible. Whilst adventurous, our shows have good accessibility, and we are very happy to discuss access options via text or call on 07301 067 700 or [email protected]
ARRIVAL
Please arrive 15 minutes before your show.
You can arrive up to 30 minutes before your booking time..
Please follow the instructions of our High Vis parking assistant.
Gather at the Box Office 10 minutes before your start time.
The Box Office Witch will be waiting to greet you.
BOOKING FEE
Rogue is commited to affordable tickets.
We have kept box office charges to the absolute minimum.
There is no box office or transaction charge added to Affordability Discount Tickets, the donation of Wild Cards, or the Free 3 and Under Tickets.
LOCATION
Tehidy Woods North Cliffs is situated between Portreath and Gwithian on the B3301.
Rogue uses a separate parking area to the Tehidy North Cliffs Car Park;
If approaching from the west (Gwithian) keep your eyes out for our signs and the entrance on the right.
If coming from the east (Portreath) look of for our signs, our entrance will be on your left.
DON’T FOLLOW SIGNS FOR TEHIDY COUNTRY PARK. This entrance is on the other side of Tehidy.

TICKETS & CHANGES
We understand that life happens.
You can manage your own booking through Ticket Tailor and move your tickets to another available performance up to 48 hours before your visit, subject to availability.
After that, please contact us directly and we’ll always do our best to help.
WEATHER & WHAT TO WEAR
Our shows are designed for life outdoors in Cornwall.
The main performance area is covered by a beautiful stretch-canvas shelter, helping to keep audiences comfortable in both sunshine and showers.
Please wear sensible footwear for woodland paths and bring an extra layer, even on warm days.
TOILETS
There are no toilets in the car park. Toilets are located in the heart of the event site near the performance area.
We use luxury eco-toilets provided by The Green Latrine, along with an accessible loo.
FOOD & DRINK
Our woodland bar serves hot drinks, cold drinks, snacks, beer, wine and cider before the show, during the event if needed, and afterwards.
Our famous woodland stew is available after the performance.
DOGS
We love dogs and well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome at our summer woodland performances.
Please keep dogs on leads at all times and, where possible, stay towards the back of the audience area. Live music, crowds and woodland excitement aren’t for every four-legged adventurer.
Please take any dog waste home with you, as we recycle and sort all waste generated on site.
NO AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION REQUIRED
Our shows are immersive, magical and take place all around you, but no audience participation is required.
You are welcome to join in as much or as little as you like. Some people love dancing, singing and becoming part of the celebration, while others prefer to sit back and marvel at the magic.
Both are equally welcome in the Otherworld.
SHOW LENGTH
The Wild Woodland Summer Dance lasts approximately 2 hours, including the woodland walk and performance.
Please allow a little extra time before and after the show.
BUGGIES & WHEELCHAIRS
The woodland paths are laid with woodchip and can be uneven in places.
Rugged buggies and robust wheelchairs are generally suitable. If you have any questions about mobility, accessibility or specific requirements, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to advise.
LITTLE ADVENTURERS
Children aged 3 and under attend free of charge.
The Wild Woodland Summer Dance is designed for families and welcomes adventurous spirits of all generations.
PHOTOS & VIDEOS
We’re very happy for you to capture memories of your adventure throughout the experience.
We also encourage audiences to give themselves over to the magic of the woods and be fully present in the moment.

NEED TO STEP AWAY?
No problem at all.
If you need to use the toilet, take a break, tend to a little adventurer or leave the performance area for any reason, you’re free to do so.
A member of the Rogue team will always be based around the bar area and will be happy to help if you need assistance.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
We perform in almost all Cornish weather.
The main audience area is protected by our beautiful stretch-canvas shelter and our shows are designed with life outdoors in mind.
In the unlikely event that severe weather affects a performance, we will contact ticket holders directly.
